Business Experience: You’ve been running a business for at least 12 months with an established model, not just an idea and you are looking for expert mentorship in sales, marketing, HR, leadership, and operational scaling.

Revenue Stability: Your business generates consistent revenue above a set threshold and has done so for the past six months.

Team & Operations: You have at least one team member (beyond yourself).Your business has some level of structure, even if it’s not yet fully optimized. 

Mindset & Commitment: You’re actively working on your business, making strategic decisions. Open to guidance, feedback, accountability and ready to engage, implement, and take action

Growth-Focused Goals: You have a vision for scaling, whether it’s growing your team, increasing revenue, expanding into new markets, or launching new offerings.

Community & Engagement: You’re looking for genuine connections, not just content and willing to contribute, ask, share, and support, not just observe from the sidelines.

Submit Your Application:  Fill out the application form with details about your business, revenue stability, goals, and challenges. This helps us assess whether The Forge is the right fit for your needs.

Screening Assessment: If your application meets the criteria, you’ll be notified within 48 hours. You may also be invited to a short call to discuss your business, expectations, and commitment to the program.

Final Selection & Onboarding: If accepted, you will receive a link to complete your sign-up. 

• Your spot will only be held for 24 hours after receiving the sign-up link. If payment is not completed within this timeframe, the spot will be offered to the next applicant.

• Once confirmed, you’ll receive full onboarding details and access to the community and resources..

No Spam: Avoid posting irrelevant links, comments, or creating repetitive posts that do not add value to the group discussions.

Participation: Active participation is encouraged. Share your experiences, ask questions, and provide answers where you can contribute valuable insights.

Event Participation: When participating in events, whether online or in-person, adhere to the specific guidelines set for each event. Punctuality, preparation, and participation are key.

Feedback and Improvements: Feedback on group activities and administration is welcome. Please provide suggestions in a respectful and constructive manner.

Rule Enforcement: Violations of group rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the group, depending on the severity.
