Over 20 years, I’ve navigated every corner of the career landscape, from entry-level to executive, from corporate, to startups  to co-founder. I’ve led teams, made pivots, taken breaks, rebuilt myself, and re-entered the game. And I’ve done it as an outsider at times, and someone who had to learn the unwritten rules the hard way.
