Why this

Leadership Coaching Is Different 

Because I’ve walked the path, not read it in a book.

I started leading young. As the eldest in my family, I naturally stepped into that role. Later, I became a manager before I felt ready.

I made every leadership mistake you can imagine, and I learned. I grew. I strived and I bloomed.

I’ve led teams older than me, younger than me, and from every culture, generation, and background you can think of. I’ve hired and fired, top performers, underperformers, the ambitious, the confused, the disinterested, the kind-hearted, and the downright toxic. Believe me, I’ve seen it all. Managing, mentoring, and coaching more people than I can count.
