Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using this Application.

Unless otherwise specified, all Data requested by this Application is mandatory. Failure to provide such Data may make it impossible for this Application to provide services. Where some Data is not mandatory, Users may choose not to provide it without affecting service availability.

Any use of Cookies, or other tracking tools, by this Application or by third-party services used by this Application serves the purpose of providing the Service requested by the User, in addition to the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Users are responsible for any third-party Personal Data obtained, published, or shared through this Application and confirm they have the third party’s consent to provide the Data to the Owner.

Methods of Processing

The Owner takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of Data.

Processing is carried out using computers/IT tools, following organisational procedures strictly related to the stated purposes. In addition to the Owner, Data may be accessible to staff involved in the operation of this Application (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as hosting providers, IT service providers, communications agencies) appointed as Data Processors.

An updated list of these parties may be requested from the Owner at any time.

Legal Basis of Processing

Data is processed at the Owner’s offices in Ireland and at any other locations where parties involved in processing are based.

Depending on the User’s location, data transfers may involve transferring Data outside the User’s country. For EU Users, transfers outside the EU are safeguarded under GDPR standards.

Retention Time

Personal Data is processed and stored as long as required for the purpose collected.

  • Data collected for contract purposes is retained until the contract is fully performed.

  • Data collected for legitimate interests is retained as long as needed for those purposes.

  • Data collected under consent may be retained until consent is withdrawn.

  • Legal obligations may require longer retention.

After expiry of the retention period, Personal Data will be deleted.

The Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Owner to:
