What is different About My Coaching
Coaching changed my life. It helped me through some of my toughest times, and it still does, every single day, whether I’m the coach or the coachee. That’s why this isn’t just a job for me. It’s something I’m deeply passionate about, a fulfilling work, and a legacy in the making.
I’ve spent years working in companies where I was told what to do, how to do it, and when to do it. Not here. Here, I make the rules.

After working for nearly two decades for big names like Google, Delivery Hero, and General Motors & Lexus leading major projects, building high-performing teams across functions and regions, as well as helping hundreds of brands and companies grow and scale, here’s what I’ve really learned:
I don’t coach from theory, I coach from the trenches. I’ve been in the tangle of corporate politics, managing people, being managed, leading with and without a team, hitting targets, missing some, supporting peers, getting burned, and working with clients who weren’t always easy. I know what it feels like to juggle ambition and pressure, to deliver results when the odds weren’t in my favor, and to keep going anyway.
