DO YOU QUALIFIES?

Since we’re building more than just a network, a space where every woman in the room is driven, motivated, and ready for the next level. Our selection process is set to ensures that every member will learn, contribute, and grow alongside other women who share the same ambition, challenges, and desire for success.

  • You’ve been running a business for at least 12 months with an established model, not just an idea and you are looking for expert mentorship in sales, marketing, HR, leadership, and operational scaling

  • Your business generates consistent revenue above a set threshold and has done so for the past six months

  • You have at least one team member (beyond yourself).Your business has some level of structure, even if it’s not yet fully optimized

  • You’re actively working on your business, making strategic decisions. Open to guidance, feedback, accountability and ready to engage, implement, and take action

  • You have a vision for scaling, whether it’s growing your team, increasing revenue, expanding into new markets, or launching new offerings

  • You’re looking for genuine connections, not just content and willing to contribute, ask, share, and support, not just observe from the sidelines

We’ll kick things off with a welcome session to introduce the program, set expectations, and connect as a community. You’ll also have 1:1 sessions to align on your individual goals and ensure you’re set up for success.

  • Self-promotion or solicitation of any products or services should be limited to designated areas or threads, if applicable. Ensure that these activities do not overshadow the core purpose of learning and networking

  • Avoid posting irrelevant links, comments, or creating repetitive posts that do not add value to the group discussions

  • Active participation is encouraged. Share your experiences, ask questions, and provide answers where you can contribute valuable insights

  • When participating in events, whether online or in-person, adhere to the specific guidelines set for each event. Punctuality, preparation, and participation are key

  • Feedback on group activities and administration is welcome. Please provide suggestions in a respectful and constructive manner

  • Violations of group rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the group, depending on the severity
