I know the founder’s journey isn’t just about building something, it’s about becoming, and for women founders, that journey is often layered with gatekeeping, burnout, and feeling like you have to prove everything twice. That’s why I've built The Forge: a space where women don’t just hustle, they rise, connect, and thrive.
I exist to rewrite the rules of access, progress, and belonging in entrepreneurship, through our Triple A Code: Access, Acceleration & Alliance.

My bold mission for 2030 is simple and seismic: To empower and enable 2,030 women founders to 10x their revenue and accelerate their growth through coaching, mentorship, tailored projects, and real visibility.
This is not just abut providing support, its’ about building an ecosystem that equips, elevates, and expands.
